Schedule an Appointment:

1. Select an appointment type from the list below (some appointment types may be location specific).
2. Choose a date and time that works for you.
3. Enter your name or the name of your organization as well as your contact information.
4. You’re all set!

Note: (If your organization is tax exempt, please let us know in the notes section and we will adjust the appointment type accordingly).

Please Note:

• For regulation, repairs, out-of-area tunings (our regular service areas are Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens within subway distance) or to schedule a tuning within less than 7 days please contact us at info@beethovenpianos.com or call us at (212) 765-7300.
• Extra charge(s) may be added If your piano has not been tuned for more than 12 months, requires repair or is located out of our service area.
• We will always try to accommodate your appointment as requested but may contact you to modify the schedule.
• There is a $5 fee should payment be made via credit/debit card.

Out-Of-Area Tuning Customers:

• If your address is not easily accessible via subway, you may not be within our regular service area.
• If your address is out of our regular service area: Please use this form to schedule your booking.
